TAMPA, Florida: The Sacred Heart Knanaya Catholic Forane Church, Tampa, hosted a three-day Pre-Marriage Course under the leadership of the Knanaya Region, bringing together around 25 young adults from various parts of the United States.

The programme featured a series of sessions led by Fr. Jose Adoppillil, Fr. Jijo Nellikkakandathil, Lukose & Rinku Chamakalayil, Jojo Mekkattil, Dustin & Pretty Mudeekunnel, Rexy & Maijo Akashalayil, Susanna Thekkumkattil, Philo Vellappally, Jessy Kulangara, Tony Pullappallil, Dr. Ann Verdeja, and Dr. Carlos Lamotte. The speakers addressed various aspects of Christian marriage, family life, relationships, communication, and the spiritual dimensions of the Sacrament of Matrimony.

The course concluded on Sunday with a closing ceremony held in conjunction with the Holy Qurbana. Parish Vicar Fr. Jose Adoppillil distributed certificates to all the participants.

Speaking on behalf of the participants, Hannah Mathilettu shared that the course helped them look beyond the wedding ceremony and gain a deeper understanding of the Sacrament of Marriage. She also noted that the sessions provided valuable insights and practical guidance for building a strong and faith-filled married life.

During the concluding function, Family Commission Coordinator Tony Pullappallil congratulated the participants and expressed his appreciation to everyone who contributed to the successful organization of the programme.

The three-day course was coordinated at the parish level by Jeeva Pralel and Ebin Thadathil.
