Canberra: The Sacred Heart Feast was celebrated with great devotion at the Canberra Knanaya Mission, dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

The feast celebrations began on Friday evening, October 16, with the flag-hoisting ceremony conducted by the Mission Chaplain, Fr. Prince Thaippurayidathil. A Holy Qurbana for the departed was celebrated, followed by a fellowship meal.

On Saturday, October 17, the Canberra Knanaya Catholic Association (CKCA) organized a cultural evening as part of the feast celebrations.

The main feast was celebrated on Sunday evening, October 18, with a solemn Raza Holy Qurbana presided over by former Mission Chaplain Fr. Dalish Kochery. Fr. Tijo Puthenparambil, Fr. Shiju Thomas, Fr. Abraham Puthukkulathil, and Fr. Leons Kurian concelebrated the Holy Qurbana. A solemn religious procession and a fellowship meal followed.
