Delhi: ELORA 2026, organized under the leadership of the Delhi Knanaya Catholic Women’s Association (DKCWA), was held at Nirmal Jyoti Convent, Vasant Kunj, on October 2. The programme began with Holy Mass, with Fr. Akhil Vattaparambil as the main celebrant and Fr. Baiju Achirathalakkal as concelebrant.

Following the Holy Mass, a motivational session led by Sr. Jolly was held. The session focused on inspiring women and strengthening their confidence in both family and personal life.

In the Mrs. Knanaya competition held as part of the programme, Prema George from Dilshad Garden was selected as Mrs. Knanaya. Mini Jinu from Mayur Vihar was the second runner-up, while Aneena Manu from Dilshad Garden was the third runner-up.

At the public meeting, DKCWA President Ajimol Jiles presided. DKCM Chaplain Fr. Sunil Paraykkal inaugurated the meeting. DKCM President Rejimon Joseph, DKCWA Spiritual Adviser Sr. Jolly, Fr. Baiju, Fr. Akhil, DKCWA Secretary Limya Cyriac and Treasurer Sarli Jose attended. Vice President Shanty Wilson delivered the welcome address and Joint Secretary Jisha George proposed the vote of thanks. Cultural programmes presented by mothers from various zones added colour and enthusiasm to the celebrations.
