Tracy, California: With a few families, a small hall, a modest chapel, and simple arrangements, the St. Joseph Knanaya Catholic Mission, Tracy, joyfully celebrated its first Christmas on Sunday, December 14, 2025, with great enthusiasm and deep spiritual devotion.

The newly established St. Joseph Knanaya Catholic Mission in Tracy, California, began its faith journey in 2025 under the guidance and leadership of Rev. Fr. Joseph Puthussery, taking its initial steps rooted in faith and unity.

The Christmas Holy Qurbana, which began at 6:00 p.m., was celebrated with Rev. Fr. Jemi as the main celebrant. The celebration was enriched by prayer hymns, carol singing, devotional songs by the faithful, joyful performances by children, cake cutting, a fellowship meal, and warm community gathering. Together, these moments reflected the true light and joy of Christmas, as the small community joined hands in faith and togetherness.
