Chicago: A three-day summer camp was held for children at St. Mary’s Knanaya Church in Morton Grove. The subjects of study during the three days of the summer camp were Bible, prayer, Holy Communion, personality development, and Knanaya history. Fr. Thomas Mulavanal, Fr. Siju Mudakodol, Fr. Bins Chethalil, Fr. Aneesh Maveliputhanpura, Tony Pullappally, Linson Kaithamala, Tia Kandarappally, and Susan took classes on various topics. In addition to the classes and discussions based on the Catholic faith and the traditions of the Knanaya community, fun games and other programs energized the summer camp. Chris Illikkattil, Abigail Kannachanparambil, and Ivana Mannukunnel won first, second, and third places respectively as the best campers. Saji Poothrikkayil, Binu Idakara, and the Visitation Convent Sisters led the camp. 120 children participated in the camp..
