Bensenville: The children of the Sacred Heart Catholic Parish in Knanaya had an idea. They put it into practice differently. A large image of Jesus with outstretched arms was arranged in a classroom. The children stood in a row outside the closed classroom. When they entered, the children’s reactions to seeing Jesus waiting with outstretched arms were varied. Some children ran closer to Jesus through the open door to embrace him, some kept their distance and kissed or bowed to his feet. Someone touched his hands.
