Manakkad: 1st Nixon Memorial Men’s Badminton Tournament was held at an indoor court. It was organised by KCYL Chungom Forane and hosted by Manakkad Unit.. The tournament was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Ebin Erapurath. Then the matches started.
Unit President Gio Jomon Kunnapilpil presided over the prize distribution ceremony after the competitions. Forona – Unit Chaplain Rev. Fr. Dipu Irapurath performed the opening ceremony.
20 teams from various units participated in the 1st Nixon Memorial Men’s Badminton Tournament organized in conjunction with the Silver Jubilee of Manakkad Unit.
