Sri Joji Thomas Vandammakil, a member of the London Sacred Heart Parish, has been appointed as the new Chairman of The Directorate of Knanaya Catholics in Canada by Chaplain Father Pathros Champakkara. Mr. Joji, who has lived in Canada for twenty-seven years, was one of the founders of the London St. Mary’s Syro-Malabar Mission and took the initiative in buying the church and was three-time patron. Along with this, Mr. Joji, who has proved his leadership skills as a member of the executive board of organizations such as KCAC and Loma, is a member of the board of trustees of Fokana. Being the Chairman of Canada’s first Knanaya Sangam, he took the initiative to successfully complete the three-day program. Mr. Joji Thomas was a member of the Board of Directors of the Directorate of Knanaya Catholics in Canada for two years. Mr. Joji is a well-known social worker as well as a well-known businessman. Joji’s wife is Rekha and his children are Jeremy, Jonathan and Jaden.
