Fr Domy Thomas Vallomkunnel MSFS is appointed as the new Episcopal Vicar (Syncellus) for Religious in the Archdiocese of Delhi. He is the son of Mr Thomas VC and Tresiamma Thomas belonging to St Stephen’s Forane Parish, Uzhavoor.
