On Saturday, November 16, Parish Day was celebrated at St. Mary’s Canaan Catholic Parish in Detroit. At 5 o’clock the parish priest, Rev. Fr.Joseph Tharakkal offered Holy Communion. At the beginning of the artistic programs, Rev. Fr.Joseph Tharakkal gave the welcome, Legion of Mary report Josina Thannichuvattil, S.Joseph Tent Meeting Report Phillipson Thannichuvattil, S.Stephens Tent Meeting Report at the Sacred Heart Tabernacle, East of St. Joseph’s Church Report Jins Thanat ,Sunday School Report was presented by Simi Thaimalil (DRE) and Mission League Report was presented by Helen Mangalathet. KCS represented the Detroit Windsor organization Vice President Maxine offered greetings on the left side. Anu Mulakat, Angel Thymalil, Michael Chempola and Jayden Erumathara are M.C. The parish vicar, Rev. Fr. Joseph Tharakkal, Parish Council Members Program Coordinator Anu Mulakat, Parishday is beautiful because of the tireless leadership and efforts of cultural coordinators Angel Thymalil and Michael Chempola. Anu Mulakat said gratitude. Then a love feast was held.
